When you choose to live in these apartments, you have to have a space heater for the bedrooms as you will freeze. The bathtub freezes up when the temperatures to get below 34 degrees and will stay frozen for several days . (especially if you live above a car port) In the summertime, you must own a fan and portable air conditioner as you will suffocate otherwise. When trying to find resolution, you will be told "it's just the way it is". My suggestion, only stay here if you absolutely have to ....
I had lived at these apartments for several years. Each time I needed a maintenance visit, I had to call numerous times and send numerous emails. The office staff is ever changing and very unprofessional when you can finally reach a live person. Each month when I tried to pay rent, the balance due was always wrong with additional fees. If you choose to live here, watch the billing closely and always dot you I's and cross your T's.
