Absolutely horrible interaction with the "community manager". She judged me based on my tattoos, and my skin color and I truly don't know why she's allowed to be in the position she is in. For background, we applied online for the community July 18th, paid $20 for our paperwork to "not exist". When I called to inquire 2 weeks later I was told "it's because we have nothing available". So say that? Communicate. When we went for a tour the "community manager" wanted nothing to do with us, shoved paperwork in our face and number... read more
I currently live here, moved in January 2024 from Albany NY for job relocation and I absolutely love it here. Very quiet neighborhood and people here are very friendly. Would recommend 10/10
My son moved here from NC. They said they have a 3 bedroom available for him. He gave his deposit and waited for it to be ready. Today they called him and said their giving him his deposit back because the district manager don't want to pay contractors to fix up the mobile home. He has 2 kids and now has no were to go. I can't believe they did this. I highly recommend not to rent or buy from them. They are scammers
Management is horrible. Very unprofessional and rude. Worst management team since I have lived here. They flat out ignore you if you own. Last winter the plows destroyed my lawn and I was told in the spring "we are waiting for the weather to break". I guess they are still waiting for the weather to break because it is now the end of October and it still has not been fixed.
