ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. DO NOT APPLY TO THESE SCAMMERS. I put it in my paper application with a money order, they kept the money order and never did the application. It now has been two weeks and I keep being told oh this week, next week the whole works.
Would like to post no stars, but it won't allow me to. You get nothing for $700 lots fees. No amenties and no service from the park. You get ignored here. But it seems to be the going thing in Buffalo area, poor property mgmt and lots of slum landloads. Only lasted a year here. Don't bother! Unfortunately moving to another place with shitty property mgmt. It is rampant here.
We lived here for 2 years and went through 4 property managers. The maintenance is absolutely awful and if you ask for something to be fixed- plan on it NOT getting fixed and then them trying to charge you for it. The kids there are hoodlums and WILL break car windows and steal from your property!! Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Sad how downhill this has gone! We really loved it when we first rented! (It was a great community)
Absolutely horrible interaction with the "community manager". She judged me based on my tattoos, and my skin color and I truly don't know why she's allowed to be in the position she is in. For background, we applied online for the community July 18th, paid $20 for our paperwork to "not exist". When I called to inquire 2 weeks later I was told "it's because we have nothing available".
