Quick update: I still love Waterfalls pool service! Highly recommend I couldn’t be happier with Waterfalls Pool Services. They do excellent work and are incredibly easy to work with. Alex is reliable, professional, and truly cares about his customers. Highly recommend!
5 star treatment. He was patient, attentive and willing to go above and beyond. Now, I have all my pool service taken care off.
Alex and his team do a great job with the weekly maintenance of my pool. They started in March 2025 when I was in a bad spot after surgery. I could no longer do my own maintenance. Alex came to review my pool a day after my call and set up weekly maintenance the next day. Great service and a nice man as well. Highly recommended.
I can’t say enough great things about Waterfalls Pool Services. The owner, Alex, has consistently been highly attentive to the needs of our pool and is always very quick to respond. His level of professionalism is unmatched. He also has an awesome team behind him including his service manager, Vinny, and our pool cleaner, Jose. They always promptly stick to our weekly schedule and leave our pool sparkling clean after every visit. I highly recommend Waterfalls Pool Services. Thank you, Alex and team!
