I was in the middle of trying to sell my house, get moved out of state, and keep everything running smoothly. Alex was quick to respond, able to fit me into the schedule within 2 days, the pool looked great, and the communication of data about chemicals was super helpful. Will definitely recommend him to the new owners.
Our 50k gallons pool has had some kind of powdered build up for months. Frequent vacuuming only recirculated back into the pool. New pool installed earlier in the year but is working as it should according to installer. Alex came added special clarify liquid and did a remote pump vacuuming 3 times to ensure the materials were removed from the pool. Beautiful now and has remained clear and bright for the past 24 hours. His persistence and detailed efforts were amazing. I highly recommend.
Alex and the Waterfall Pool Services crew have taken care of our pool for a little over a year now and it has never looked better. He shows up when he says he will, keeps the chemistry dialed in, and lets me know if something needs attention before it turns into a problem. Easy to reach and easy to work with.
