Incredible and reliable service at a very reasonable price. We have tried several providers over our 6 years in the area, and these guys were the best by far!
Great service by Alex and his team. We have been using them for 3 years now and have had great experience.
They have been servicing our pool and they are top notch out of all companies and this includes other industries. Their communication is a 10 out of 10 we receive reminders when they will be coming and then follow up photos and details of the service they provided. They also do check-ins during winter storms to make sure equipment is running properly. Can’t ask for a better company. Plumbing, electricians and HVAC need to follow Waterfalls service model.
Waterfall Pool Service has been fantastic to work with. They are extremely timely, communicative, and always check in when bad weather hits to make sure everything is okay. It’s such a relief to have a company that is proactive and truly cares about their customers. Highly recommend!
