Last time here-will go to a cheaper place to get as good of car wash. There was dirt around all 4 tires. on the body. they cleaned the windows but not the inside.
I skip the on site detailers...they don't have everything in their vehicle to do a fabulous job. I drive by other detailers, including the Pine ridge location (which may be great also) to see Alex and his team. They have repeatedly done a superb job on both of my cars and I will continue go there. They are really excellent.
HORRIBLE, DISHONEST,THIEVES!!! PREPAID FOR MY 2012 F150 TO GET "DETAILED" IT WAS NOT MUCH MORE THAN A WASH. SO MUCH DIRT LEFT IN VERY OBVIOUS PLACES, RUNNING BOARDS, ROOF, DOOR JAMS, WINDOWS, TRIM ON WINDOWS, AND THEY SPILLED OR SPRAYED SOMETHING ON MY HEADLIGHT AND NOW I WILL HAVE TO REPLACE IT. THE MANAGER DAVE SPOKE TO ME WITH SUCH DISRESPECT ITS DISPICABLE. HE REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING FOR ME REGARDING THE HEADLIGHT AND IN FACT HE DENIDED THEY DID ANYTHING TO IT.
