I Booked a $155 special that included 90 minute massage, facial and scalp treatment, antioxidant tea. Upon arrival, I had a very uneasy feeling, and my gut was telling me to leave. I booked a massage with her online and after I booked the appointment, it said that it would not be a confirmed appointment until she actually accepted the appointment.???? I then called her left her a voicemail and use the app to contact her thinking that this may not be a legitimate business?? I had a very bad experience here. It was the worst massage of my life. I requested a swedish massage that was gentle and relaxing and I received a very terrible horrible and very painful deep tissue massage. I asked for a swedish massage in writing and verbally. My request was complely ignored. She also talked during my session. It wasn't relaxing at all. It was also traumatic because it was so painful and I was in such a vulnerable position. I have gone to Kristi at Waterfall Spa for a massage twice. My first experience was aligned with the other reviews here - really calm, quality, professional, and relaxing. There’s no denying the property is stunning, either. I went for my second appointment last week and regret it deeply.
