I have gone to Kristi at Waterfall Spa for a massage twice. My first experience was aligned with the other reviews here - really calm, quality, professional, and relaxing. There’s no denying the property is stunning, either. I went for my second appointment last week and regret it deeply. I had explicitly stated that I was anxious from a doctor’s appt I had just come from and that I wanted to use the next 90 minutes to fully relax. Kristi is an experienced and gifted therapist AND has created a grounding and authentic space to really relax. The tranquility package was an incredible experience. Plan on 3-3.5 hours for this treatment
Amazing experience and such a beautiful location.
My husband and I booked the treat yourself package for us both,s o worth it! We had the whole spa to ourselves and felt like we could really decompress and relax. The massage was EXCELLENT. If we visit Durango again, we will definitely come back!
Awesome experience 👏 never done anything like it. kristi was kind and very inviting 😀 it was private, no rush, my wife loved it as well. had the whole place to ourselves it was a bad ass experience for introverts like ourselves
