We replaced our old sink during a kitchen update and went with the ST008 model. I mainly wanted something practical, but the extra features ended up being what I loved most. The pull-out hose makes rinsing big pans much easier, and the glass washer is surprisingly useful day to day. The team answered my questions clearly before I ordered, delivery was smooth, and the sink looked exactly like the photos when it arrived.
I ordered the wide ST014 waterfall sink for a new home build. I wanted a larger sink with the pull out spray tap and chopping board insert. Delivery arrived to the site on the scheduled day. The stainless finish is solid and the drainage works well with no water pooling.
I love this sink, if you bought this not realizing you were buying a gaudy over engineered 80s Hong Kong monstrosity then there is no hope for you.
Genuinely amazing. The seller was happy to answer any of the questions I had before purchasing (I had many). Shipping was fast and the sink looks and works perfectly. Customer service has been well above average. When it was shipped the box was damaged during transit and the glass was broken, but Waterfall Sinks sent out a replacement right away, with instructions on how to install. If you don’t want a stock standard boring sink - check these guys out
I had been looking at waterfall sinks for a while but decided to purchase a cheaper brand … huge mistake … the product was cheaply made with plastic fittings and leaked from the minute it was fitted ..
