Butch walked me through some issues I was having with my new fountain. He stayed on the phone with me until I located a clog preventing the pump from working properly as it had been conking out every few days. He was super helpful, patient, and kind through out. He could have sent a repairman which would have been very expensive due to the travel distance but he chose to help me out personally instead. Saved me a lot of money. His store also has a lot of cool stuff and is definitely worth a visit. A great family business!
Butch and his team are amazing. As a landscaper based in Texas I was thankful to find a team that is as knowledgeable and open about their products. Butch and his son provided hands on teaching to help me master the basics of their system. Their show room is best in class and I appreciated the transparency of it - they clearly show other competitor products that are functional but it’s immediately clear which product is going to serve homeowners long term. Check them out if you’re up in the Seattle area.
I just liked walking through when I did it was very calming and peaceful atmosphere.
