Fantastic community with friendly neighborhood, safe with wonderful people and parks. Those who complain are always the problem members in community who offer nothing to make community better
Hope you like dogs, or more specifically, dog barking. Too many dog owners love to leave their untrained dogs outside barking all hours of the day and night. This would be a lovely place to enjoy your backyard.. Houses cheaply made, everything is breaking. Some example of shoddy construction include very few electrical outlets in the house and garage. Outlets outside are almost nonexistent and consistently overloaded if you try and run a few things at the same time.
HOA dues keep increasing with nothing to show for it, little to no "community" when it comes to neighborly interaction unless you consider mass complaining on the fb waterfall page. The kids are terrible, they all vandalize the amenities. The houses were built poorly, and everything is starting to require replacement. If you don't have alot of money for repairs or triple coverage insurance don't live here it's not worth it. Parking is the worst!
