My doctor and therapist are both excellent
My doctors,plural, prescribed a medication for me. My doctor moved and I needed a new doctor. I went to Waterfall and they assigned me to nurse, Jennifer Palmer, who changed my doctors prescription. I got upset, and filed a complaint so they blackballed me. Is she smarter than my doctors? Now, to retaliate, they won't even refill the prescription they gave me.
I cannot say enough horrible things about waterfall clinic! 1st when I became a pt originally years ago they had me fill out a new pt packet. After filling out the new pt packet I was scheduled to see a therapist and an OB due to a horribly abusive ex. DESPITE me filling out a new pt packet with all my info on it, they violated HIPPA and reached out to my abusive ex from over 5 years ago letting him know of my counseling session in which he contacted me out of the blue letting me know of my upcoming appt which then opened th... read more

Receptionist insists that she called me and was not able to leave a message that my appointment I had waited months for was cancelled. The number they have for me is correct and I have no calls or messages on the day she claims she called me. My mailbox has never been full so there is no way that she tried to call and wasn’t able to leave a message. I drove 45 minutes to find out my appointment had been cancelled and they don’t know when I’ll be able to see someone else.
