Probably the most unresponsive and unhelpful building management I’ve ever dealt with. Whenever no one is in the office (which is often), they leave a sign in the lobby with a contact number. Don’t bother calling — no one ever answers. I’ve tried multiple times, on different days, and it's always the same story: complete radio silence. Absolutely frustrating and unprofessional.
The building is not safe. unfortunately I've had goods stolen inside the building and nobody can do anything about it.
Nice neighbourhood and great area. A beautiful building. I lost my wallet and it was handed in to the building manager at Waterfall by Crown group who contacted me to collect it. Nice to know there are good Samaritans out there.
Aqua and Angela are both good building managers offering great service , but OC should consider to have concierge and 24 hours security onsite , that’s about every owners and tenants safety(also their parcels) people pay good money living in here , this complex should have more security measures.
