We used Wateree Marina for years, purchasing a boat there and using them for all our maintenance. We have been trying to schedule maintenance (routine annual care) for months and they no longer answer their phone. The one time we got through, the lady said we need to schedule a diagnostic appointment first, and those are two months out. Repeating that we just want our annual tune up, she said, “you need a diagnostic appointment first.” We finally gave up and have a call in to someone else. Worst experience ever , never answers the phone , give you the run around they are rarely ever there and they lie a lot would not ever do business with them again !!
