Terrible couple of times I had to drive through twice to get my truck cleaned, hood was still dirty ,tires and rims are not cleaned , back of truck is always dirty.

I was in a hurry and needed a quick car wash before an appointment. I drove through the entrance where I saw a girl who was on her phone. She did not give me any instructions. She started spraying my car with a hose. She directed me to put it in neutral. Then she came up to my window while my car was already on the track moving and told me to come back around. So I went to WaterDrops Express Car Wash on 5th St. today, however when I went to get my truck washed, I went through the car came out all dirty with water spots paid $20 for it. Went up to their window where you pay I told them that their car wash did a bad job. The manager came up and I asked if I could get a refund, they said no refund, I asked if I can go through the car wash again they said thats trespassing.
