So I went to WaterDrops Express Car Wash on 5th St. today, however when I went to get my truck washed, I went through the car came out all dirty with water spots paid $20 for it. Went up to their window where you pay I told them that their car wash did a bad job. The manager came up and I asked if I could get a refund, they said no refund, I asked if I can go through the car wash again they said thats trespassing. This car wash doesn’t do the job well, they say that they have a part that washes your wheels but it comes out spotty still dirt. I went there a few times and my car looked worse than it did when I left the Team that does the hosing off does not scrub your car well before it goes in or pay attention to the whole car. I highly suggest not going here. I’ve gone here about five times in was never satisfied.
