Don’t use Waterdrops Car Wash. My car was damaged while going through their car wash. I reported the damage immediately, expecting the company to take responsibility and help resolve the issue. Instead, I was met with poor communication, no accountability, and failed to stand behind its service or make things right. If you’re considering taking your vehicle here, be aware that if something goes wrong, you may be left dealing with the damage on your own. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business.
Stay away from this car wash!! My friend’s vehicle was damaged while going through their wash, and what happened afterward was even worse. Instead of taking responsibility and making things right, they were met with poor communication and no accountability. If their equipment damages your vehicle, don’t expect them to stand behind their service. You’ll likely be left fighting for repairs yourself. After seeing how Waterdrops handled someone I know whose vehicle was damaged, I would never trust them with my own car. What stood out to me wasn’t just the damage—it was the lack of accountability and poor customer service afterward.
