Not good they've raised thier prices in am considering canceling my membership today I came in car was not washed properly on both sides quarter panels. I asked to run it through once more I was told by manager/owner he would clean it by hand after doing so I was not satisfied I told the employee I c I ukd have done that. I ended up rubbing down the whole car because they did not want to run it through the.machine again I am not getting my money's worth. I do not recommend this establishment they lack good customer service.
I have been a member since 2021. Ive had memberships with other carwashes before, but so far this one is the best. Customer service, attention to detail, and quality of wash here is the best. Employees are always very helpful and managers are always making sure to check in with customers. I believe one is named Albert, he constantly comes out and makes sure everything went well. If any issues they're addressed immediately. Plus they always have clean towels, and vaccums always work lol.
Service has gone down so much since me and my husband started our membership every time I come in the morning they don't even bother to use the brush to wipe the car and take 5 minutes to come out of the office they just don't care anymore I guess they'll be losing my membership even though they told me at the beginning they don't cheap out like Quick Quack does , looks pretty cheap to me now
Great car wash, staff was friendly and got to use the free car wash. Will be signing up for the monthly unlimited washes. Free vacuum and towels.
