I just want to point this out. The water smells like sewer, the water needs conditioning And sometimes some brush are not running
Ive been a member for a little under a year now and have had great experiences until recently: 1/19/26 i went for a wash and noticed a few things that bummed me out on my new Genesis GV70: 1) license plate holder was pulled and rubber cleaning from car wash was stuck to it 2) wavy scratches were on the front hood of my car which I immediately noticed when I pulled into the vacuum area to dry off and vacuum the car. Ive been a member for a little under a year now and have had great experiences until friday 1/16/26 when the attendant sent me thru before I had a chance to roll my window up. She was unapologetic and begrudgingly got her mananger so he could complete and incident report in case the soap and water that got inside my driver side caused damage.
