Vehicle entered with unblemished rear window. Noticed scratches when drying it off in their bay…$1500 damage to replace the window with non Porsche glass. Owner will not take responsibility. Owner will NOT show video footage of employee washing window…got guilt?
Car wash tears up your wheels & they won’t reimburse sucks
Waterdrops offers great value. The machinery is very thorough. Crowded conditions attest to their popularity. Somehow the staff works down any congestion with professional alacrity &, (amazingly,) and cheerful attitude. Bravo, Waterdrops.
