这家诊所确实是各方面都很差，预约等待时间超长，每次都得一个多小时，前台服务差，就诊环境差，态度恶劣，前台的即接待患者还给患者注射疫苗，注射疫苗手套也不换，这种地方就诊根本没有安全而言，应该举报卫生管理部门去查查她们。现在一周休三天，接了那么多患者，还不允许去别的地方看，真是属于黑心诊所，如果不是因为语言不通，这种地方给钱都不会去，她们也是仗着这样的优势，为所欲为。她们应该好好反思一下，也应该让卫生部门好好教育教育她们。
Overall, I’m very happy with this clinic. Dr. Shi is amazing, super knowledgeable and caring. The girls at the front desk are always busy, but they’re professional and helpful. They follow up closely and try their best to fit you in quickly if something’s urgent. I really appreciate their care and efficiency!

施医生很不错，不仅耐心，而且总给我们一种像家人般关怀的口吻帮助我们解决健康上的疑问，并给很多好的建议！几周前的周末因为信息上的错位，我们在诊所等了不少时间，但当天施医生就立刻发现并解决了信息不对称问题。当我们隔一周返回诊所进行第二次TB皮试时，诊所的效率超快，5分钟我们就结束了。前台的台湾小姑娘也很耐心🥰
