Very rude customer service and communication I’ve been going to this Dentist for years and years and years and as soon as that, they got bought out by a different place and then switched all their staff. It was a horrible experience. I got cavities done. I’ve never had that much freezing done and bruising all down my neck from being pulled on. Not to mention the fact that my tongue was all cut up due to the Dentist getting mad that my freezing was way too much of my tongue kept getting in the way. I have medical issues I get... read more
I visited the clinic for the first time I was feeling really nervous and stressed, but Dr. Rony and his team were so kind and calming, which helped ease my anxiety. I’m extremely happy with how my teeth turned out and how smooth the entire process was.
My husband and I had a great experience at Waterdown Smiles! Very friendly front staff, easy to schedule an appointment and very flexible with appointment times! Both of our initial visit and teeth cleanings were very thorough and are happy to come back for our routine care!
Smiles is a great dental office! They are kind and encouraging, they do everything they can to help you out. Doctor Rony is a great guy. He’s very sympathetic to your needs and is very patient. All the girls they are great and very helpful and patient. They gave me my smile back and it looks great. No, I’m not afraid to smile anymore. Great always sees me when I need an appointment. But, they really need to get working TVs. It’s so annoying to just sit there during usually long and uncomfortable procedures without any distractions. Common guys, get a Netflix subscription.
