I've been with Mark and Waterdown Storage for over a year now and couldn't be happier or more satisfied!! I was having difficulty parking my trailer--I'm a novice-- and mark helped me acquire a larger and more easily accessible spot for a really reasonable and modest price increase! It's great to see Mark out in the yard and chat when I'm there; he also helped me out and cut off a rusted lock!! The price is excellent!!! Beware of this place, they will promise to take care of you but then only if it's convenient for them. The claims made on the website are just pretty words with no actions to back them up. As you can see by the owners reply below, he blames me for the one time I had to reschedule my visit but fails to mention the 3 times he rescheduled the visit to prioritize his personal life.
