Beware of this place, they will promise to take care of you but then only if it's convenient for them. The claims made on the website are just pretty words with no actions to back them up. As you can see by the owners reply below, he blames me for the one time I had to reschedule my visit but fails to mention the 3 times he rescheduled the visit to prioritize his personal life. We have used Waterdown Self Storage for a little over a year now. The location is perfect for us, and the rates are very reasonable. On top of that they give back to the community by offering scholarships to high school graduates, plus a coop program. I highly recommend them for anyone in Waterdown or surrounding areas looking for a storage solution, for boats/trailers/campers or secure units indoors.

We have been with Waterdown Self storage for the past 10 years. Mark and his family are amazing, friendly and accommodating. Their pricing is very affordable compared to other storage facilities in the area. Sadly we sold our trailer today.
