I've been with Mark and Waterdown Storage for over a year now and couldn't be happier or more satisfied!! I was having difficulty parking my trailer--I'm a novice-- and mark helped me acquire a larger and more easily accessible spot for a really reasonable and modest price increase! It's great to see Mark out in the yard and chat when I'm there; he also helped me out and cut off a rusted lock!! The price is excellent!!! We have been with Waterdown Self storage for the past 10 years. Mark and his family are amazing, friendly and accommodating. Their pricing is very affordable compared to other storage facilities in the area. Sadly we sold our trailer today.
The rates at Waterdown Self Storage have always been reasonable and a good deal is compared to other storage areas. I like that it is a secure location with 24-hour access. Mark has been very responsive and accommodating whenever we've had questions, or issues with our trailer and storage.
I have rented from 4 different proprietors in the last 3 years. Being happy at the beginning but soon after the first couple of months being surprised at the outrageous increases. I am happy to finally find a person who runs a ethical business. The price is the price. Over the top happy.
