I have had two visits with Dr Lassa & I'm very comfortable with his approach & style. I find him easy to discuss issues with, he's very knowledgeable & helpful. He listens & takes the time to explain what he feels is the best solution which is appreciated. I'm very happy with my experiences with Dr Lassa & the receptionist is very nice as well, a very pleasant atmosphere. Five star rating for sure.

Great doctor, takes time to listen to concerns. Receptionists are friendly and helpful. It’s our favourite walk-in clinic, we only wish that it was open more often / longer hours.
Been here twice*, first time I was seen quickly however what was prescribed was not effective and had to go to a different clinic a couple days later to have it resolved. The second time I tried to go here… arrived just after 9am based on hours posted online and on the door, I waited until 9:20 am and there was still no one to be seen, lights off, no signs of a vacation notice, the phone number posted went to a non-active voicemail. Will not return based on this unprofessional experience.
