Never anyone at the front. They should not even have a counter there. I don't want to ring a bell and wait hoping someone hears it. Last time I waited 10 minutes before walking to Fortinos instead.
A few years ago I had moved and saw tons of positive reviews on this pharmacy so decided to move all my meds here. I am so happy to report now after coming here for 2 years that this does live up to the high expectation. This is a great pharmacy and everyone is super friendly! I got a few vaccines here recently and the pharmacist was so nice, down to earth, and explained everything thoroughly. I do get some anxiety with needles but he navigated this extremely well. Patronizing pharmacist, didn't appreciate
Over the top service at this IDA location! I called about a prescription for my son on a Sunday afternoon just before labor day. Most pharmacies were already closed and those that were open were not able to make the preparation until Tuesday. To make things worse, the prescription was missing some information necessary to prepare the drug. The pharmacist and the team stayed past closing time to wait for the missing information and then prepare my son's medicine so we don't have to wait 2 days without it!
