Very friendly staff, everything they do is in your best interests. Couldn’t be happier with how my dent removal and paint repair turned out. 10/10
Excellent job! My car was repaired like nothing happened. They managed to finish the repairs sooner then was initially predicted. The only issue I had is the interior cleanliness (there were grease fingerprint on the headliner along the side where repairs were made). Overall, great experience and amazing customer service. ☝️
I recently used Waterdown Collision after an accident I was in. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Excellent service. Prompt responses. Dealt well with insurance. Took care of everything. It was hassle-free, including I left my rental with them when I picked up my car and they made sure it was returned. I couldn’t have asked for more. I would highly recommend them.
Dropped my car in this morning at 8 am for her “spa” day. All shining and new this afternoon. Beautiful job. Car looks fabulous and smells good too!
