Had a great experience at Waterdale getting a special ring re-sized. Highly recommend!
I went into the shop with my wife and we wanted to see some rings. There was this staff member, girl in the glasses, we wanted to check our ring size and see if she could help. She says she’s gonna charge us 30 dollars just for checking the size. She also said it’s their shop policy. Do not recommend this store, shittiest attitude ever.
Daniel and everyone at Waterdale Jewellery were fantastic. They helped us design our engagement ring using our diamonds and we love it. We subsequently went back for our wedding bands and a custom designed necklace too. Never questioned going anywhere else.
Working with Daniel & his team was an absolute delight. We had such an incredible experience throughout the process of redesigning my engagement ring. During the initial consultation, we felt very looked after. We were talked through different options & Daniel took extra care in considering the tiny details. We are so grateful for his efforts in creating such a beautiful ring that will last my lifetime. I am so genuinely thrilled with my beautiful ring. We could not recommend Waterdale Jewellery enough!
