My grandma has been at Watercrest for over a year now, and every time we visit, she’s happy and loving life. The management team is always around, welcoming everyone and staying involved, which really means a lot. It’s such a comfort knowing she’s so well cared for, and we’re so grateful for the amazing staff!

I love the Watercrest family. They work so hard endlessly each & every day to ensure that the residents needs are met. I have witnessed this for over a year now. They are all so caring & helpful. They really care about each & every resident. I love seeing the hugs & love given to the residents as they smile from ear to ear then throw up their arms for a hug just like a big family. This is resident Bonnie Wilson in room 202 . I just want to take the time out and say that this is an excellent place of living from the staff to the residents I really enjoy living here . The food is great and I can not thank everyone enough for the hard work everyone puts in . This facility is the best out of the three I have lived in and administration is wonderful and are very attentive to my needs and wants .

I posted the following review a couple of months ago regarding my father’s care at Watercrest with his knowledge. It was removed. If companies are selectively removing reviews that don’t align with their preferred image, that raises serious concerns about transparency and trustworthiness. Instead of hiding feedback, maybe consider addressing it?
