I have visited Watercrest Palm Beach Gardens on many occasions and I must say each and every time I have been impressed. The staff is warm, friendly and helpful. The decor is beautiful. The residents are well taken care of and happy and the administrative staff is hands on and very involved in the day to day operations. Memory Care team is great. Yesterday Lisa and Tiffany wanted to change my mom's clothes after dinner so the three of us did it together. She can be difficult so I really appreciate Tiffany and Lisa they are wonderful
