I wanted to take this time to personally thank Shannekar who is one of the med techs on the memory care side. She has been unbelievably helpful to my Mom and her transitioning here. She is empathetic and caring and truly loves what she does. It shows every day that she is here how much loves her residents. Caring for others is truly a difficult and challenging ask. With all honestly, the WATERCREST simply cannot be beat. From the top-notch facility to the dedication and engagement of the staff, this place has it all. But the intangible that sets this place apart from everywhere else is the community of people who reside here. The totality of friendliness found here is both inspiring and very much appreciated. My 95 year old loves it here and would never consider going anywhere else. That says it all.
One of the elevators has been broken for 7 months +. Long lines and waits to get around the facility. Lots of residents sending in complaints.
Watercrest Palm Beach Gardens is truly a special place. The staff here go above and beyond every day — you can genuinely see how much they care about the residents. From the moment you walk in, there’s a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The team is attentive, compassionate, and always willing to help with a smile. It’s clear that residents are not only well cared for, but also treated with dignity and kindness. A heartfelt thank you to everyone at Watercrest for creating such a loving and supportive environment!
Watercrest is an excellent senior living facility. We chose Watercrest’s memory care unit for our elderly parent with dementia. Across the board the Watercrest team is kind, caring, and available. It’s easy to approach the team with questions or concerns in-person or on-line. The facilities and amenities are also excellent.
