Beautiful place, staff work hard, always a bright smiling atmosphere. I’ve performed here many years and only choose the best places to entertain, you can sense a good place as soon as you walk through the doors and this is no doubtly one of the top ones in this area. Bravo to everyone who works there! Happy place, Happy residents

Watercrest has a lot of great amenities like a pool and lots of golf courses nearby. It is clean and nicely decorated. Even the servers know you and greet you by name. It’s the little things like that that are well done. My housekeeper, Way, is impressive also. Overall I am very happy here.

Our family is so grateful for Watercrest and the care and support my 93-year-old mom has received there, first 5 years in Independent Living and now as she transitions to Assisted Living. From the day I walked in, it was different than ALL the others - the staff, cleanliness, activities, food and EVERYONE I have spoken to just loves living there. Julie Shelton who is the move-in coordinator has been FANTASTIC!!! Thanks Watercrest for making my mom feel like family!!

Thank you for the wonderful hospitality! We recently held a Corporate Breakfast at Watercrest Buena Vista and it was PERFECT. The staff was amazing and the food was delicious. I am still in awe about the room set up. You nailed it. When you walked in the beautiful room, it was clear that the Alzheimer's Association was in the house! All the attention to detail was amazing. I needed the breakfast to impress, and you made it happen. Thank you to everyone involved.
