Have Dr. Kevin Bryant submit for durable medical equipment that clients need so they will NOT fall and break their hip or get bruised; raise their blood pressure of have a heart attack trying to get up!!! The research shows that the struggle to recover form a fall causes many HEART ATTACKS!! Not approving medical serviced that Clients need in Andover facility sets them up to DIE and its done at that facility! my mom lived in filth with cockroaches. the nurses were mean to my mom. when she had fallen and went into the hospital someone went in her apartment and stole a bunch of her stuff. I wouldn't recommend this dump to anyone.. it's not fit for a dog. her apartment was unlocked when I went there onetime and her neighbor next door was in her home going thru her things. she said they were friends and I know my mother hated this woman. she was just standing in the kitchen and my mom was not even there she was in the hospital!!!!!!
been a resident here now since May 18th and have a very nice apartment and the staff is very friendly and easy to get along with. Have met several other tenants and they seem very nice and polite; looking forward to getting involved with activities and having some fun...
