Wonderful place. Warm and inviting staff and residents.
My mother lives there and is miserable. You advertised an ambassador program which was one of the reasons we chose Watercrest, but she was told they do not have the program. She has not made any friends and few people even speak to her. I’m very disappointed in your facility.
I Love where it is located, I love my apartment, but most of all I love the people who live here, they are all so friendly and outgoing, and are very caring, as well as the management staff
We love living here at the Watercrest. Our villa has its own front door, back door, patio and extended garage. (It's our own little house with no one above us and no one below us and no elevator to wait on). The activities, the giant heated pool, the great food, the garden, the wonderful employees, and residents all make it great! We downsized out of our big house in Cinco Ranch and don't miss it at all. What a great place to live!
This is luxury at its finest. We visited yesterday and we're met with a welcoming staff that went out of their way to accommodate us. At this time it isn't the right fit for us but who knows what the future may hold. Thanks for the tour!
