RecommendedWe have been here going on three months. The staff has been very helpful -- with a smile. Breakfasts are a great gathering time to stay in touch.
Communication is not easy. There seems to be a lack of 24/7 ways to communicate except through the concierge. Few use internet, cells, or smartphone with emails, messaging, face booking, or just neighborhood blogging to keep everyone informed. Even this very Facebook page limits posting.
Nicely kept, friendly People! Good food and is like living in a hotel!
My mother-in-law has lived at Watercrest at Bryan for 6 years, and absolutely loves it! The staff are so kind and helpful, and she has made so many friends over the years. Watercrest offers so many activities and social events. In fact, she just got back from a casino trip with the community. Her apartment is extremely spacious with beautiful finishes. I would highly recommend Watercrest to any person considering retirement living.
I don't know about the other areas but skilled nursing was terrible! They sent my Mom to the hospital 4 times without telling us.
Management is horrible. management and the corporation that runs the company is horrible cares nothing about the people who live there or work there.
