Nathan with Watercress Pool Care is the best pool service company in St. Augustine! He services 8 pools and 3 hot tubs of mine locally and communicates effectively if there are any issues, provides insight and resources on how to fix issues, and ALWAYS shows up on the days that he is scheduled. The rates provided for the service are competitive to other local pool services and I could not be happier, as I know I have someone who cares and actually looks after my pools and hot tubs! 5-STAR!!!!
Nate isn't reliable, hasn't been showing up weekly. Don't know what day he will show up. 2 weeks payed for! He's not returning my calls. I was reimbursed.
