Love the vibes of this place. Whoever designed this place got the aesthetics just right. The hot tub, cold plunge, and sauna in the private room were all the perfect temperatures, respectively. The service was also amazing. After my boyfriend and I left and got in the car, I realized that I had lost my gold chain, because I left it on (like a dumbass) and we came back, and they were nice enough to let me back into the room and go dive back in to look for it! I’ve had various different masseuses here, all very good. Rooms are beautiful with relaxing music. The little shop in front is great for gifts: jewelry, candles, soaps, kids things, well curated. Love coming here
We booked the Six Dragonflies room at Watercourse Way Spa and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The steam room did not work. We spent at least 10 minutes trying to troubleshoot it ourselves before paging staff. When someone finally responded, we were told to “press 1.” We did, waited, and nothing happened. We paged again. No response. We paged multiple times after that and were completely ignored. As a result, we were unable to use a major feature of the room that we specifically booked and paid for.
