My cat has a relatively rare chronic illness. The staff has been very good to me and my pet. I feel that they have done their best, given her very serious condition, to give us a little more time together. I found that the doctor seems to be connected to a network of very capable associates. They really care and fell in love with my cat, too. They aren't in it for the money, they have a well equipped facility and must pay the bills. I've taken my pets here for a few years now (I have a dog and 2 cats) and I've never had anything less than a good experience. The staff are caring people, why else would they do this job? I would like to comment on the reviewer who said "they only care about money" because they wouldn't let you do a payment plan- THEY ARE A BUSINESS. The point of any business is to make a profit, that being said- you should probably get pet insurance or reconsider owning pets as they are EXPENSIVE to take care of.
