Had Cataract surgery this morning right eye. The facility is very easy yo get yo, the staff very professional and caring. Would highly recommend having procedure at WSC!
Waterbury Surgical Center was top notch from the minute we arrived . The process was smooth and organized. The staff was beyond friendly and knowledgeable.The facility was clean and comfortable and I would suggest WSC 100%.
Very friendly OR staff, nurses, and provider!! Very clean/modern facility that operated like a well-oiled machine, thorough and efficient. Not a long wait time after checking in. Dr. Schore and his team made you feel at home and explained everything well to your understanding. Thorough pre-procedural and post-op directions given. Even called same day couple hours after procedure to check on you.
The staff were wonderful. Starting with reception. My nurse Michaela was so friendly and reassuring. Dr. Messina, Joe the anesthetist nurse, and Dr. Rockoff are the best of the best. Post procedure, the nurses were very kind and made my positive experience complete. Thank you!
