Great experience. Top notch staff. Excellent Anesthesia team. Superbly efficient and organized from reception to discharge.
Very friendly OR staff, nurses, and provider!! Very clean/modern facility that operated like a well-oiled machine, very thorough and efficient. Not a long wait time after checking in. Dr. Shore and his team made you feel at home and explained everything well to your understanding. Thorough pre-procedural and post-op directions given. Even called same day couple hours after procedure to check on you.
Waterbury Surgical Center is a terrific facility. The staff are wonderful and caring from the front desk to the nurses to the doctors. I felt really safe , comfortable and well taken care of.
