This is the absolute worst management company you can find. Do not and I mean do not waste you're time trying to rent from them. They do not fix anything. Houses are infested. Buildings are disgusting houses need to be torn down. They have some new company that is working with them with a new name . The people they have working for them are straight off the street crack heads. Stay for away from these people and save yourself the trouble. or you will have a headache from hell
Literal definition of a slum lord. Joe Gutman, he just does not care about the quilting of life for his tenants. Poor living conditions never sends people for repairs the ones he does send seem like a random people they found on the street . It’s literally the gutter ran through about 5 neighbors in the course of 3 years and 3 of them constant DV situations so cops constantly being called. Possibly the worst place in the world you can live. From black mold, to crack ceilings, and no running water. You are better living in streets than actual being there. The worst of the worst. You can literally call day and night and joe Gutman will not help you at all with any of your issue in the apartment. The tenants are terrible.
