I would leave her negative stars if I could. I wouldn’t trust Melissa Waterbury to even treat my dandruff. She’s been treating my 77 year old father for chronic itching for about a year and never once told him to get a CT scan to check for liver cancer. Instead she used him as a Guinea pig and put him on all these medications that made him worse. When he wasn’t responding to treatment she just told him to stay the course. She is not just good she is very good!. Amazing skill with liquid nitrogen! I had something that looked like skin cancer to me on my face about the size of a dime that was near my eye. It was a rough patch and would bleed easy. She identified it as Keratosis. In the same office visit, she sprayed it with liquid nitrogen. She was very careful not to get any in my eye. Melissa Waterbury and Dr Hopp have been wonderful. After 30 yrs of having burning mouth pain, they have given me hope for a cure!! Of all the Doctors I've been to, including Seattle, they have showed the most interest in my pain. I highly recommend both Melissa Waterbury and Dr Hopp.
