I'm new to this area. living in Waterbury Connecticut, about a 1years and 4 months ago, have been the worst experience, I had ever been in. Living in Waterbury Housing Authority, it the worst thing I ever had to experience, they don't do their job right they supposed to help you when things are tight instead they sink in you more and more.
