Removed my last 2 star review This is new Very poor stay ER had a condescending male nurse arguing with my wife demeaning her. Saw hospital dr last day . Meals always missing items requested. Never responded to other requests. Floor staff nice but rough. Restrooms were not maintained well . Only went here this time due to urgency & distance..Bathroom tiolet water was so high it touched you. All my personal items were constantly moved out of reach. Had to request personal items bag all items like cleaning wipes and tooth past... read more

Making an appointment and going through the intake process was very simple. The front office personnel were very friendly and accommodating. As a doctor, I really appreciated the courteous staff and how the process was very organized!

Waterbury Hospital maternity unit is unprofessional I’m 42 years old and pregnant. I have a level two ultrasound coming up. They call me on memorial day today to tell me tomorrow My appointment at 9:30 in the morning is canceled. I took the whole day off of work and put all my Appointments specifically to be able to go around that appointment now they canceled and I have to take another day off of work. All she could do is apologize.
