Service was not the best but it work out o.k.
Shattered my rear windshield later in the afternoon, called and got in the next day. Great customer service and great price! Don't waste your time with Safelite.

Not helpful at all. Poor communication. Poor consideration.
They stated that I needed a new window regulator and they told me to return the 1 that I had purchased and they would install one that he got. He supposedly installed 1 he got and it didn't work. He charged 250.00 for fixing the window which still does not open.
