Dead raccoon killed by a tenants dog left on the property for over a month before I cleaned it up. Cockroaches in the walls. Neighbors banging on your door. Withholding my entire deposit and trying to charge me extra for "damage" they created by spray painting instead of replacing what needed to be updated. Awful. They will ignore you and try to charge you extra money. This place made me cry. We left early.
SLUMLORD! I would not advise living here. You can find a decent home for the same price.
