My stepbrother drove by this business today and the landscapers were weed whacking the edge of the gravel — and caused his back window to completely shatter. Accidents happen, but he circled back to the business to calmly tell the owner what had happened and see if he could possibly help with the replacement of the window. Before he had even finish recounting what had happened, the owner screamed at him to expletive get off his property. Disappointing that this is how we treat neighbors these days to say the least.
This place is great. Really good flowers and plants for a good price.
Exceptionally fine customer service. Look no further for a florist in this area. Waterbrook is the best.
I've been using this place for years. Usually call in my orders and Pat never fails to deliver what my order calls for whether it's last minute on Valentines Day week or just a little "thinking of you bouquet" on any random date. Don't hesitate, they are good.
