DO NOT BUY THESE HOMES. They are thrown up in 6-8 weeks. Read your contract every word before you sign cause once you sign you can’t back out at your walk through or at the closing. READ YOUR CONTRACT. TERRIBLY BILT HOMES. FINISH WORK IS CRAP. here’s your five stars.

This is the worst builder in the Waterbridge!!! They make you sign off on your house before the walk thru happens. You put the tape around for things to be fixed. They tell you it will be fixed by closing and they don’t do it. Then the project manager promises you he will have it fixed and doesn’t stand by his word. I wouldn’t recommend DR Horton not even to an enemy!!
