Customer service is trash I've been renting with them for a couple of years already and at first it was great but I literally just spoke with 2 reservation agents the first one hung up on me mid conversation then the second one explained it was because they had no availability and then hung up on me right after.. they need to hire more mature maybe older than a couple of teenage sounding customer service agents who actually are willing to hold a conversation instead of just hanging up when their done explaining their ignoran... read more
The bathroom was dirty..... people look close at stuff,grab bars everything bottom of tolit was disgusting and just not a good experience thought it would be...The balcony was full of spider webs couldn't enjoy the outside that over looked the pond...
Very helpful and friendly staff ....it was very clean.... quiet and rooms very roomie ... clean and loved the balcony and lake and very near restaurants and expressway
Room with very clean no foul smell right by the lake. Maid service what are the two days I stayed they did not change my sheets or replenish my towel. The room was a little bit pricey 174 dollars a night
I am writing to formally report a deeply unacceptable experience at the Waterbird Hotel during my recent stay, and I am demanding a full refund for the appalling conditions and the utterly disgraceful customer service I encountered.
