George explained it all and was able to schedule delivery in at a time that suited me within a week. The bed was exactly as I ordered and George went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the final result. The bed has not missed a beat and provides me with delightful rest every night. Am so glad I went with this company. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
