We ordered a waterbed & padded bedhead from George in mid June 2025. It took weeks for the waterbed to arrive only to find it was TOO HIGH despite our measurements being on the order. We complained to George & his wife and it took MANY MORE WEEKS to get a lower base made & installed. It has been 4.5 MONTHS and we still haven't got our bedhead that we paid for in FULL. Both George & his wife have LIED about the manufacturing of the bedhead & have stalled us by weeks so we stopped asking for the item. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
George really cares about his work and is reflected in his waterbeds.
I have had my waterbed for a few months now and wanted to give feedback. Thr ordering process was incredibly easy. George explained it all and was able to schedule delivery in at a time that suited me within a week. The bed was exactly as I ordered and George went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the final result. The bed has not missed a beat and provides me with delightful rest every night. Am so glad I went with this company. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
