AVOID AT ALL COSTS; The owner (Jake) will demean & gaslight you. Cons: 1. Relaxed attitude about quality of work 2. Jake (the owner) would constantly minimize, deflect, and patronize us, especially if we point out any mistakes that they made or things that they need to improve their quality of work on (Example: I pointed out a mistake that they made and he said to me, “I have been doing this for 20 years and you haven’t…”) 3. They came out to service my home and promised a retreatment the following week. I tipped heavy $15 to each of the two gentlemen that came to clean the carpet. They didn't show up the following week for the retreatment and screened my number and won't take my phone call for a move out clean. I'll have to hire a professional to come clean my carpets when I move out.
