Bought some fittings from them. They were the wrong size. Almost $200 worth. I asked if I could return them if they were the wrong size. They said, YES of course. But , they refused to refund my money when I returned them, even tho the fittings were still in the box, which I thought was unlawful. A pretty poor effort as I had been dealing with them for maybe 20 yrs. I certainly couldn’t recommend dealing with this mob if you’re after a fair deal. Disappointed in their attitude. Nothing was a bother … In fact any dealings we have had with Sue or Glen have been highly professional with the best advice for the maintenance of our pool and equipment We highly recommend their services Thank you Sue
This is a great pool shop. They are honest about what chemicals you actually need unlike other pool shops.
