Great staff and service. Not the cheapest but they deliver.
I commenced pool servicing with Waterama Eatons Hill in 2024. I have had nothing but problems. Firstly, they got my email address incorrect and were not sending me my accounts. Then they constantly accused me of not paying, when any bill I received I paid in less than a day. They would constantly pull out of pool services with lame reasons. As of yesterday (20/3/2025) I had a service due, and they accused me of not paying my last three accounts, all of which I didn't receive. I paid these within 5 mins via OSKO.
