I want to give the cruise a 5 star but the food was horrible. The staff, cruise, boat are 5 star but the food was terrible. If they offered a no food cruise it would be 5 star. We ordered Bavarian waffle which was OK. We also ordered ribeye which was tough and flavorless. We both got powdered scrambled eggs and dehydrated hash browns which neither of us finished. Was a very disappointing experience for the price of NYE ticket. We expected better options of hors d'oeuvres than a bowl of goldfish crackers and a fruit platter from the grocery store. The asparagus was soggy and there weren't enough meatballs for the supposed sold out crowd. I recommend for an event like New Year's you encourage a dress code. I also recommend that you state on the website and on the tickets if it's a themed night. If we had known it was 90s music themed, we absolutely would not have chosen the water 2 win... read more

Our family of 9 had a fun time on the brunch cruise. The food was really good, and it was relaxing and beautiful to take a cruise along the river. The boat was gorgeous, clean, nicely decorated for the holidays with a huge bathroom (not what I expected). Lots of festive alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks. Our server Carli was wonderful. Will do this cruise again!🥰

My husband surprised me with a Water to Wine dinner cruise for Valentine’s Day, and it was absolutely perfect. From the moment we boarded, everything felt thoughtful and romantic—mimosas, chocolate-covered strawberries, and a delicious three-course meal. The timing couldn’t have been better, starting at dusk and ending under the night sky, which made the whole experience feel extra special and intimate. I went on the two hour brunch cruise. The ship seamed in good repair. The Christmas decorations were well done. The crew was extremely nice and accommodating. The pastry served was mediocre although I truly enjoyed the apple tart. The fruit plate had decent cantaloupe, but unfortunately unripe pineapple. The Steak and eggs were quite good. I would recommend this trip.
