Locally owned family run business, which, in itself is rare. Whether you need parts and some advice or one of their skilled employees to do the work for you they are a great place to do business! Always have had a good experience with Waterworld and always got my plumbing sorted.

wasn’t for a terrible recommendation. If your agent suggests this company, find a new agent. This operation is a masterclass in professional incompetence. ​The "Workmanship" ​Despite boasting about "Red Seal" Journeymen, the actual performance was a joke. I dealt specifically with Ashley, who seemed to have no comprehension of the job requirements or basic plumbing standards. Absolute awesome place for customer service. Had an issue with my hot water tank leaking in the early morning. Made the call by 7:30am in which they were open already to see if they could do it. No issues had a tech out to swap it by 1:00 pm. Very accommodating (for an unplanned job) and professional! Highly recommend anyone to give them a call first!
