Leslie is not pleasant to work with she’s very rude & doesn’t know how to speak to customers. Therefore I will never be back. As a matter of fact since she was rude I redirected 1 of my neighbors to get their pool liner elsewhere. I don’t recommend this company . Learn how to talk to people you’re very Arrogant !! As you can see many are writing the same.
Would not recommend this place at all. Spent over $100 to fix my pump plumbing after opening. Sent my wife in two weeks after getting pool up and running for a water test only to be treated like garbage and told Im going to charge u for this since u dont want to buy your chemicals here. Not once did my wife say it was free or anything in the nature. Planned on getting everything needed at the time of water testing but would not spend a dollar in this place, very poor rude behavior. Leslie and her staff including of course her repair techs are all fantastic to work with, we’ve started with Water Works just over 20 years ago when we first had our built in pool installed and first started working with Leslie’s parents and now Leslie. If you are looking for water testing and supplies or need something repaired or installed go and speak with Leslie or her staff they won’t BS you or sale you something you don’t need. Honest advise is why we’ve returned year after year.
