People are professional & nice. Electricity is so expensive though. Bills are detailed to the penny but not exactly easy to understand all the extra charges.
The company is so outdated. Every other company around us is able to provide live updates and online reporting of outages. Any outage we experience with this company is met with them having absolutely no idea about any status. It's frustrating to be in the dark but to be even moreso when your power company provides no updates!
Shuts off power with no warning.
