I'm so thankful for having a local municipal electric company. The receptionist I spoke to on the phone was helpful and answered my question right away. No hold at all and appreciate speaking to a person rather than a computer. I also appreciate the budget billing option and it has worked wonderfully for us not to have to wonder what our bill will be next month. This place is a joke! They offer absolutely no help when we’re struggling!
Lost power during bad storms evening of 5/21 around 7:57 PM. Power was restored shortly after 10 PM. Very quick turnaround for how bad the storm was! I don't understand all the negative reviews, even when I fell behind over a month on the bill due to erroneously thinking it was on autopay, they called me 10 days in advance before they would be cutting power off so I could get my account current. I've also never experienced a power outage with the exception of the one relating to the aforementioned bad storm. I greatly apprec... read more
