I've used this company (now part of Birk's Landscaping) for five years. The service people were always very friendly. However, year after year I had to ask for adjustments to be made, and for whatever reason, each year the system opens with the same/similar problems (which I had to pay for again to be fixed). I've now stopped using this company because they repeatedly (over the past 3 years) shared my personal information with their customer email list in spite of my requests that my privacy be respected.
I use these guys every year to open and close my sprinkler system and they always do an amazing job! I have bought parts from them as well and they have been a pleasure to deal with and very helpful.
They did a terrible job on replacing a sprinkler head and could care less of fixing their mistake. Ignoring my communication is clearly part of their avoidance strategy. Wouldn’t pay a dime for their service again.
