Jeremy came out this a.m. He was here the time he was scheduled I had a small list of concerns he listened and fixed all of them. He showed me how to adjust them. Jeremy gave me some good tips. He checked every zone answered my questions as we walked the yard. He was very patient and kind. Jeremy changed 2 heads Thank U Jeremy and Thank U Waterworks Pat Workman and Bev Stout
Your employee shot grass all over my vehicle when mowing there own lawn. Is this how your company operates? Wouldn't recommend your services to anybody.
Customer service is outstanding. Kris and the crew worked hard in spite of the oppressive heat and humidity. They took time to explain the irrigation system; were respectful, timely and responsive. We would highly recommend them.
